Founded in 1998, Wisdom Soft Solutions began as a Man Power Consultants for  Non IT Companies such as Pricol, LMW, Ranga Alloys, Raagavendraa Polytexs, Swarna Kamatchiamman Spinners in Coimbatore

In the Year of 2000 Wisdom shifted its company to Chennai and started focusing  on deputation of their people to IT Companies such as Nishda Technologies Bangalore, Poongi Software, EEI Solutions in  Chennai. Thereafter, several new and valuable relationships were forged with organizations like Satyam, Wipro, Microland, EDS, TCS and Covansys among others. By the end of 2000, with the Internet throwing up immense possibilities, the company began focusing on Internet Technologies netting new clients like Planet Asia, Infronic Solutions and Perpektual Technologies.

In 2001-2002, Wisdom, experimented with the software development business, initially in the web applications arena and later, in client server and related technologies.

Foreseeing the potential in IT Consulting Services, the organization went through an internal reorientation and restructuring to focus itself primarily on IT Consulting Services and Career Management. The company continues its services in Software Training, software development and BPO, for its international clientele, through its software development center (SDC) at Chennai. The SDC comprises of an exclusive team of well qualified and experienced IT professionals, providing offshore software development and onsite consulting services.



Wisdom Soft Solutions’s off-shore delivery center is equipped to meet the stringent demands of international customers.

In late 2005, Wisdom Soft Solutions moved to a campus in Adayar which is in the down town area of Chennai.

Located a mere 14 km away from the airport, and just 5 kms from the city center, Wisdom Soft Solutions’s campus offers an excellent environment for creative output.

The center has hard and soft infrastructure as well as excellent communication links that are all backed by uninterrupted power supply.

The infrastructure has built-in reduncy to address the business continuity requirements there by safe guarding customer interests.

Wisdom Soft Solutions’s quality objectives dictate a minimum of 20 hours of technical training and a minimum of 20 hours of soft-skills training per year to each staff member.
